Tata Steel Seeks Engineer Trainees Across India

Tata Steel is looking for talented individuals to join their team as Engineer Trainees! This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in the steel industry and potentially launch a rewarding career at a leading company.

Responsibilities (What you will do):

  • Gain exposure to various engineering disciplines within raw material sites, including mining, mineral, electrical, mechanical, geology, and more. (This replaces the irrelevant sales responsibilities)

Qualifications:

  • Completed your B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Sc. (Engg.) in Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Power Electronics, Mechanical, Metallurgy, Mineral, Mining, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechatronics.  
  • OR
  • Completed your M.Tech / M.Sc. in Geology, Geophysics, Remote Sensing, or Geoinformatics.

Additionally, you possess:

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Strong teamwork abilities and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Opportunity for Growth:

This 18-month program offers a chance to develop your technical skills and gain practical experience. Successful trainees will have the opportunity to be considered for a full-time position as an Assistant Manager with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • During the training period, you will receive a monthly stipend of ₹30,000.
  • Medical insurance coverage for yourself.
  • Upon successful completion, a starting CTC of INR 7 lacs per annum with additional company benefits.
