Sutherland: Non-Voice Process
In this role, you will be responsible for handling chats from customers in various countries, including the U.S. and Dubai. You will provide product and service support or technical support to customers via chat to help them resolve their issues.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through chats and emails
- Provide excellent customer service
- Resolve customer issues efficiently
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum educational qualification: Any Graduate degree (B.Sc, B.A, B.Pharma, B.Com, BBA/BMS)
- Typing speed of 35 WPM with 90% accuracy
- Ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment with rotational weekly offs (5 working days)
