Sutherland is currently seeking Customer Success Associates to join our team in Hyderabad. This role involves handling inbound calls from customers in the U.S., Dubai, and other international locations. As a Customer Success Associate, you will provide product and service support, as well as technical assistance to customers.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English: Must have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Education: Graduation is not mandatory.
• Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts and rotational week offs (5 days a week).
• Location: Must be comfortable working from the Sutherland office in Hyderabad.
• Immediate Joiners: Only candidates who can start immediately are eligible.
• In-Person Interviews: Virtual interviews are not available.
• Local Candidates: Out-of-station candidates are not eligible.
