- Court Master (Shorthand): Level 11, Basic Pay ₹67,700
- Senior Personal Assistant: Level 8, Basic Pay ₹47,600
- Personal Assistant: Level 7, Basic Pay ₹44,900

Eligibility Criteria
For Court Master (Shorthand)
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university.
- Skills: Proficiency in English shorthand (120 w.p.m.) and typing (40 w.p.m.).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of regular service in relevant roles (e.g., Private Secretary, Senior PA).
For Senior Personal Assistant
- Educational Qualification: Degree from a recognized university.
- Skills: Proficiency in English shorthand (110 w.p.m.) and typing (40 w.p.m.).
For Personal Assistant
- Educational Qualification: Degree from a recognized university.
- Skills: Proficiency in English shorthand (100 w.p.m.) and typing (40 w.p.m.).
Age Limit
- Court Master (Shorthand): 30–45 years
- Senior Personal Assistant and Personal Assistant: 18–30 years
Age relaxations apply as per government norms for SC/ST/OBC, physically challenged candidates, ex-servicemen, and dependents of freedom fighters.
Reservation Policy
Reservations for SC/ST, physically challenged, and dependents of freedom fighters are in accordance with government rules, subject to modifications specified by the Chief Justice of India.
Selection Process
Candidates will undergo a multi-stage selection process, including:
- Typing Speed Test on Computer (minimum speed: 40 w.p.m.).
- Shorthand Skill Test with varying speed requirements for each post.
- Objective Written Test covering General English, Aptitude, Law (for Court Master), and General Knowledge.
- Computer Knowledge Test.
- Interview to finalize the merit list.
Minimum qualifying marks are specified for general and reserved categories at each stage of the selection process.
Examination Centers
The tests will be conducted at 23 centers across 16 states, including Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, and more. Candidates can choose up to three preferred test centers during application.
