SuperProcure is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Trainee to join our Customer Support & Success Team. As a Trainee, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving product adoption for our innovative digital logistics platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Support: Provide timely assistance to clients through various channels, troubleshoot issues, and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Customer Success: Monitor user adoption, engage with clients proactively, and identify areas for improvement to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • User Account Configuration: Configure user accounts, ensure smooth onboarding processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Training & Onboarding: Create support documentation, conduct training sessions, and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new users.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Track user adoption, generate reports, and collaborate with teams to improve user engagement.
  • Product & Customer Growth: Contribute to product enhancements, stay updated on industry trends, and foster positive customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, logistics, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or presentations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
  • Experience with technical troubleshooting, logistics software, or CRM tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
