As a Customer Support Intern, your primary goal is to deliver exceptional customer service while gaining a comprehensive understanding of our products.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to Springworks products.
- Stay informed about product features, operational processes, and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Develop a detailed understanding of products and services to offer accurate information to customers.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills to effectively address and resolve customer issues.
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills for professional interactions with customers and team members.
- Utilize hands-on experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and relevant applications such as Trello, Zoho Desk, SalesIQ, YAMM, Google Sheets, etc.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the support process by providing feedback and suggestions based on customer interactions.
Work Plan for the Initial Weeks:
1st & 2nd Week:
- Training on communication methods, software usage, and their functionalities.
- In-depth training on our products and handling 10 insufficiency tickets daily.
3rd & 4th Week:
- Familiarization with insufficiency, trackers, and handling/closing 30 insufficiency tickets daily.
- Understanding the support function and working towards closing 50 tickets daily.
5th Week:
- Independently handle insufficiency emails and clear them from the team’s list.
As part of the interview process, a small task needs completion. Details will be provided.
Education Required:
- A degree in Computers/Electronics/Information & Tech/Data-communications with 0 to 1 year of experience in software development (including final year engineering students).
Skills:
- High Agency: Ability to take initiative, make decisions, and proactively address challenges.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with various software applications.
- Enthusiastic team player with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree.
Salary: INR 21,000
