Objectives
The fellowship aims to cultivate young leaders who actively engage with rural India’s challenges. Through collaboration with NGO partners, local government, and communities, fellows develop and sustain grassroots-level initiatives.

Application Process
- Registration & Online Assessment: Candidates complete an online application form, detailing personal information, educational background, work experience, and personal life experiences.
- Shortlisting: Shortlisted candidates undergo a personal interview to assess their suitability for the fellowship program.
- Selection: Final selection is based on performance in the online assessment, personal interview, and overall suitability for the program.
