Roles & Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Babyhug products to pharmacies, medical shops, and hospitals
- Make the required number of sales calls daily to prospective customers
- Generate new leads through cold calling and create a pipeline of prospective clients
- Handle collections for sales transactions
- Engage potential clients through calls, texts, WhatsApp, and emails to set up meetings
- Meet sales targets within the assigned area
- Maintain quality service by following company standards
- Develop and maintain key customer relationships and expand the customer base
- Assist in new product launches, distribution, and visibility enhancement
- Organize sales promotions and worksite activities for better product visibility
- Handle primary and secondary sales operations
- Maintain and record box distribution
- Build and maintain good relationships with nursing and hospital staff for seamless product distribution
- Report to the Regional Manager (RM)
