- Deliver results and contribute to store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Approach all aspects of work with a positive and professional attitude.
- Seek feedback from customers to continuously improve performance and skills.
Key Skills:
- Fashion-forward with a deep understanding of fashion trends.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to assist customers and team members.
- Maintain excellent visual merchandising in line with company standards.
- Ability to suggest coordinated products and upsell.
Experience:
- Freshers are welcome.
- Previous experience in a retail environment with a strong customer focus is a plus.
- Articulate and numerate.
- Demonstrated initiative and a positive, productive, and professional approach to work.
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate (Inter) or Bachelor’s Degree.
