Rackspace: Financial Analyst
Responsibilities
- Expense Management: Provide guidance on expense budgets and forecasts for corporate organizations.
- Budget Management: Manage the full life cycle of annual budget, monthly forecasts, and actual results with variance analysis and reporting.
- Expense Reduction: Assist in driving expense reduction efforts through effective information management and advice.
- Process Improvement: Continuously enhance processes and reporting to meet the needs of senior business partners.
Key Duties
- Reporting: Maintain and enhance forecast to actual reporting.
- Financial Decision Support: Ensure business leaders make informed financial decisions to meet overall financial targets.
- Profitability Evaluation: Evaluate organization profitability and margins through objective data-driven analysis.
- Tool Enhancement: Improve tools to enhance understanding of financial performance by the business.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration/Finance/Economics.
- Master’s degree or 1-2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
Skills
- Technical knowledge of budgeting, financial statements, cash management, and financial analysis processes.
- Self-starter with ownership mentality.
- Adaptability to fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Detail-oriented with ability to analyze data from both micro and macro perspectives.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player with customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and provide timely updates on work performed.
Salary
INR 4 Lakh plus variable benefits.
