Describe the role:

For the Assisted Buying, Customer Experience team, we are hiring specialists.

As a specialist, your main duty will be to resolve issues that arise for our customers during the insurance purchase process, and you’ll constantly look for innovative and interesting methods to enhance their experience.

In this position, you will support the team in making sure that customers’ questions about insurance products are answered and their purchases go smoothly.

You will be vital in helping us identify the customer’s voice and identify critical experience drivers for greater effect.

Responsibilities:

  • Always be sincere and prioritise the demands of the customer.
  • Take care of basic PhonePe insurance and transaction-related inquiries, and turn them into sales.
  • Flexibility between phone and data channels
  • Must pay close attention to client requirements, Offer products that are suited based on the needs of the client and the customer’s experience.
  • Obtain the input and output matrices every month as directed by the supervisors.
  • Increase client trust through interaction
  • Possibility of achieving daily and hourly productivity targets
  • Make use of internal tools and procedures to advance resolution
  • Escalate appropriately, enlisting the aid of pertinent teams to address consumer complaints.
  • Make suggestions for process upgrades
  • Engage and educate customers so they can take maximum advantage of PhonePe

The ideal applicant should:

  1. possess good Hindi and English communication skills.
  2. 0 to 2 years of experience in advising or sales roles in the insurance industryhave the capacity to learn
  3. Be a good listener and effective at handling opposition.
  4. possess a strong focus on the needs of customers and the flexibility to respond to various situations
  5. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and efficiently manage time. Ability to be a team player, adaptable, and open to criticism.
  6. Graduation is Required (10+2+3)
  7. Fluency in the South Indian language, both orally and in writing, is preferred.
  8. Able to work in a shift and on a schedule as needed
