As a Customer Experience (CX)-focused Data Insights Analyst at PhonePe, you will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive our customer engagement strategies. By analyzing customer data, you will identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze customer data, and identify insights to improve CX.
- Data Storytelling: Create compelling data narratives to drive action.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards.
- Customer Collaboration: Work with CX team to enhance customer journey.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in programming languages and tools for data analysis, such as R, Python, and SQL.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or others.
- Knowledge of customer experience metrics and methodologies is preferred.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to engage non-technical stakeholders with complex data findings.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
