Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support for PhonePe account and transaction-related queries.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, leveraging internal processes and resources.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Educate customers on how to use PhonePe to its fullest potential.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to adapt to different scenarios.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Graduation (10+2+3) is mandatory.
- 0-2 years of work experience in a customer-facing role.
- Multilingual skills (spoken + written) in South Indian languages are preferred. Â
