As a People & Talent Intern, you will play a crucial role in various aspects of our recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include
- Assisting in crafting job descriptions, screening candidates, and organizing interviews.
- Implementing creative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber talent.
- Contributing to initiatives aimed at enhancing our employer brand.
- Supporting HR efforts such as performance management and fostering employee engagement.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries.
- Ensuring the maintenance and accuracy of employee records in compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
Required Education:
Enrollment in or recent graduation from programs related to HR, Business Administration, or similar fields.
Skills:
- Demonstrated interest in the startup ecosystem and B2B SaaS.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proactive, with a keen enthusiasm for learning and adaptability.
- Familiarity with HR software and recruitment tools is advantageous.
Salary:
This role offers a monthly compensation of 10,000 INR for part-time work or 20,000 INR for full-time, with the flexibility of remote work. The position spans 3-6 months, with potential for conversion to a People & Talent Associate role.
