Are you passionate about helping others succeed? NxtWave is looking for a Telugu-speaking Success Coach to join their growing team and guide students through their learning journey.
Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)
- Welcome new students and guide them through the onboarding process.
- Monitor student progress and provide personalized support to ensure they stay engaged and achieve success (learning progress > 75%).
- Conduct interactive live sessions focused on motivation, learning strategies, and community building.
- Foster a supportive learning environment that encourages peer-to-peer interaction and collaboration.
- Respond to student queries promptly and accurately via phone, email, chat, or WhatsApp.
- Track student progress and communicate updates to parents/guardians.
Qualifications (Who You Are)
- Fluent in Telugu
- Proven experience in mentoring, coaching, or customer support
- Passionate about education and student success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic, ability to multitask, and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools and spreadsheets
- Basic English language skills
- A positive attitude and a commitment to building a strong learning community
Work Location
- Work from Home (with occasional visits to the Hyderabad office)
- 6 days a week
