About the Role:

Job Summary:
We are in search of a dynamic Customer Support Executive to deliver exceptional service to our candidates. The ideal candidate possesses outstanding communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a dedication to assisting others. This role involves providing top-tier customer support through both voice and non-voice channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly addressing customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolving customer issues and escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating databases as required.
  • Cultivating customer relationships and addressing concerns to enhance retention.
  • Proactively identifying areas for improvement in the customer experience and suggesting solutions.
  • Managing a high volume of tickets efficiently.
  • Establishing rapport and trust with learners through effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Customer Support (both non-voice & voice).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in multitasking and time management.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and adjust to a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management software.
  • Laptop required.
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

Job Type: 2 Months Internship leading to Full-Time

Compensation: 3 LPA
