About the Role:
Job Summary:
We are in search of a dynamic Customer Support Executive to deliver exceptional service to our candidates. The ideal candidate possesses outstanding communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a dedication to assisting others. This role involves providing top-tier customer support through both voice and non-voice channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly addressing customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolving customer issues and escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating databases as required.
- Cultivating customer relationships and addressing concerns to enhance retention.
- Proactively identifying areas for improvement in the customer experience and suggesting solutions.
- Managing a high volume of tickets efficiently.
- Establishing rapport and trust with learners through effective communication.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Customer Support (both non-voice & voice).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
- Proficiency in multitasking and time management.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and adjust to a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management software.
- Laptop required.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
Job Type: 2 Months Internship leading to Full-Time
