Who We’re Looking For
- Native speaker of Telugu, Tamil or Hindi with excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to build rapport with potential learners.
- Highly dedicated, hardworking, and determined individual with a “never give up” attitude.
- Patient and empathetic approach to understand learner needs and guide them effectively.
- A systematic approach to building sales funnels, tracking progress, and prioritizing tasks.
- Sales mindset and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Prior experience in EdTech sales is a plus!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as a mentor and guide, providing career advice to potential learners.
- Counsel and offer career guidance on how CCBP 4.0 Programs can accelerate their careers.
- Effectively communicate the value and effectiveness of CCBP 4.0 Programs.
- Manage the complete sales cycle for assigned leads, including phone calls, video demos, closing deals, and post-sales relationship management.
- Maintain a detailed database of interactions with leads and provide valuable feedback to the team.
- Achieve and exceed weekly revenue and enrollment targets.
Compensation & Benefits
- Earn upto 6 LPA including performance-based incentives.
- Work from home currently with occasional office visits required (flexible).
- 6-Day work week.
