Role Overview:
As an Associate Staff Consultant in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) at Nagarro, you’ll play a vital role in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to enhance clients’ organic search rankings.
Responsibilities:
Staying Current with SEM Trends: Keep abreast of the latest SEM algorithms and practices to ensure campaigns are optimized effectively.
Data Analysis and Strategy Development: Analyze website traffic and relevant data to identify optimization opportunities and devise strategies for enhancing search engine performance.
SEM Campaign Management: Conduct keyword research, perform on-page optimization, and manage link building activities to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor SEM campaign performance and provide comprehensive reports to clients, showcasing key findings and insights.
Qualifications:
- Education: Any graduation
- Expertise in SEM: Comprehensive understanding of search engines, including current techniques, ranking factors, and SEM strategy principles.
- Experience with Paid Advertising Platforms: Proficiency in managing campaigns on Google Ads, encompassing various ad types such as Search Ads, Display Ads, Remarketing Ads, and Shopping Ads.
- Web Analytics Skills: Ability to utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, with familiarity in Google Analytics considered advantageous.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, time management, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
Additional Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Experience managing digital ad campaigns with monthly budgets exceeding $50,000 is advantageous.
Salary:
INR 4 Lakh plus variable benefits.
