Morgan Stanley’s 2024 Technology Spring Analyst Program is now accepting applications for a 6-month internship in Bengaluru and Mumbai starting in January. As a Spring Analyst, you’ll join either a development or infrastructure team, gaining practical experience at a top financial firm.

Requirements:
- Final-year Bachelor’s or Master’s student.
- Preferred majors: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language, database and operating system knowledge, problem-solving abilities, strong understanding of data structures and algorithms, excellent communication, teamwork skills, and fluency in English.
You need:
- Proficiency in a programming language (e.g., Java, C++, or C#) and databases.
- Familiarity with Windows and Unix operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English.
