As a Customer Experience Associate at Alaan, you will be the primary point of contact for customer interactions through various channels such as Whatsapp, Email, and Phone. Your responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, understanding their unique business needs, and proposing effective solutions. Additionally, you will gain an in-depth understanding of Alaan’s products and customer processes, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial to enhance the overall customer experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a bridge between customers and the Alaan team, resolving issues and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Proactively engage with customers to suggest features tailored to their needs, maximizing their Alaan experience.
- Collect and analyze user feedback to collaborate with the Product team for product development and enhancements.
- Prioritize and follow up on issues with the product/tech team.
Education Required:
- Any Graduation
- Any stream
Skills:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and logical thinking.
- Organized and meticulous, ensuring no customer issue is overlooked.
- Over 1-year experience in similar roles (preferred but not mandatory).
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Empathetic listener with a background in Fintech or B2B SaaS as an added advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong work ethic, enthusiasm for learning, and building connections.
- Fluent in English, both written and oral.
