Position: Customer Support (International Chat Process)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
- Basic English communication skills and the ability to simulate chat conversations.
- Adherence to company transportation policies.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts with a weekly off rotation (24/7 shifts).
- No leaves during the first three months after joining.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support through chat.
- Address customer complaints professionally and resolve them within established guidelines.
- Build rapport with customers and handle objections while closing deals.
- Actively listen to customers, displaying empathy and patience.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of existing and new processes and procedures.
