- Analyze outstanding claims and initiate collection efforts.
- Follow up on denied claims and appeals.
- Document and track claim analysis and follow-up.
- Build relationships with insurance carriers.
- Improve collection rates.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work night shifts.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Medical billing or claims adjudication experience preferred.
