Responsibilities

  • Conduct outgoing calls to clients.
  • Respond to client requests through chat and email.
  • Analyze client requests received through chat and email.
  • Resolve conflicts effectively.

Qualifications

  • Confident user-level PC knowledge.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Docs.
  • Fluent in Hindi and English.
  • Minimum typing speed of 100 words per minute.
  • Competent in verbal and written communication.
  • Demonstrates collaboration, teamwork, willingness to learn, patience, attention to detail, self-discipline, time management, problem-solving, and creativity.
