Responsibilities
- Conduct outgoing calls to clients.
- Respond to client requests through chat and email.
- Analyze client requests received through chat and email.
- Resolve conflicts effectively.
Qualifications
- Confident user-level PC knowledge.
- Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Docs.
- Fluent in Hindi and English.
- Minimum typing speed of 100 words per minute.
- Competent in verbal and written communication.
- Demonstrates collaboration, teamwork, willingness to learn, patience, attention to detail, self-discipline, time management, problem-solving, and creativity.
