The Indian Coast Guard has released a notification for the recruitment of 350 posts of Navik (General Duty) and Yantrik (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics).
The online application process will start on September 8, 2023 and will close on September 22, 2023.
The eligible candidates can apply through the official website of the Indian Coast Guard, joinindiancoastguard.cdac.in.
The minimum educational qualification required for Navik (General Duty) is 10+2 passed with Maths and Physics from a recognized board. The minimum educational qualification required for Yantrik is Diploma in Engineering in relevant discipline from a recognized institute.
The age limit for Navik (General Duty) is 18 to 22 years as of January 1, 2024. The age limit for Yantrik is 18 to 25 years as of January 1, 2024.
The selection process will consist of a written examination, physical fitness test, and medical examination.
The written examination will be held in December 2023.
The starting salary for Navik (General Duty) is Rs. 21,700 per month. The starting salary for Yantrik is Rs. 25,500 per month.
