Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with new customers.
- Understand customer goals and align HighLevel solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Conduct engaging trial consultations via Zoom to maximize trial-to-paid conversions.
- Effectively communicate HighLevel’s value proposition (Capture, Nurture, Close) to drive customer engagement.
- Utilize various channels, including phone, email, SMS, and live Zoom sessions, to provide an exceptional trial experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement tailored solutions for customers.
- Provide technical support during the trial period to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales objectives while adhering to industry best practices.
- Adapt to evolving business demands and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the SaaS industry is highly preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales development, or technical sales.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to assist customers in maximizing platform capabilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, SEO, and website/funnel building is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, and major social media platforms.
- Exceptional time management, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and adaptability in a dynamic team environment.
