Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers virtually and direct them to the appropriate team member.
- Manage video calls and chat communications, ensuring efficient routing of inquiries.
- Collaborate with managers and support representatives to connect customers via Zoom.
- Educate customers on available chat and Zoom support features.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve customer experiences.
- Schedule and coordinate interactions with senior specialists as needed.
- Handle urgent escalations by working closely with managers and senior specialists.
- Adapt to evolving business needs and perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Prior experience in customer service, reception, or administrative roles (preferred).
- Proficiency with tools like Google Calendar and scheduling systems (preferred).
- Strong communication skills via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to create a positive and welcoming experience for customers.
- High emotional intelligence and adaptability in communication styles.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a distraction-free, camera-ready workspace.
- Familiarity with HighLevel products and services is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of tools like Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, and Excel is preferred.
Work Environment
This is a remote position requiring flexibility in work hours, including availability during mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
