Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers virtually and direct them to the appropriate team member.
  • Manage video calls and chat communications, ensuring efficient routing of inquiries.
  • Collaborate with managers and support representatives to connect customers via Zoom.
  • Educate customers on available chat and Zoom support features.
  • Provide constructive feedback to improve customer experiences.
  • Schedule and coordinate interactions with senior specialists as needed.
  • Handle urgent escalations by working closely with managers and senior specialists.
  • Adapt to evolving business needs and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications
