Responsibilities:
- Sales Acquisition: Source business effectively.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrate proficiency in sales techniques.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with customers and branches.
- Target Achievement: Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Team Leaders, Sales Managers, and Branch teams.
- Business Asset Products: Source asset products from branch customer base and open market.
- Branch Visits: Visit allocated branches daily for lead generation and update lead tracker register.
- Reporting: Submit daily sales reports.

- Communication Skills: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Local Language.
- Selling Skills: Ability to sell effectively.
