Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) is offering an apprenticeship program at the Malanjkhand Copper Project. This program provides an opportunity for young people to gain valuable skills and experience in a variety of trades.

About the HCL Program

• Eligibility: Indian citizens between 18 and 25 years old (with age relaxation for SC/ST and OBC candidates).
• Duration: Varies by trade (1 to 3 years).

  • Mate (Mines)
  • Blaster (Mines)
  • Diesel Mechanic
  • Fitter
  • Turner
  • Welder (Gas & Electric)
  • Electrician
  • Draughtsman (Civil)
  • Draughtsman (Mechanical)
  • Computer Operator & Programming Assistant
  • Surveyor
  • AC & Refrigeration Mechanic
  • Mason (Building Constructor)
  • Carpenter
  • Plumber
  • Horticulture Assistant
  • Instrument Mechanics
  • Solar Technician (Electrician)
• Selection: Based on merit (weightage given to ITI and 10th board marks).
• Stipend: As per government rules.

How to Apply

There are two steps to the application process:

Step 1: Register on the Government Apprenticeship Portal

1. Visit the Government of India Apprenticeship Portal
2. Register yourself for apprenticeship.
3. Select “Establishment Search” and choose Hindustan Copper Limited, Malanjkhand Copper Project for training.
4. Note the unique number generated during registration. This number is required for Step 2.

Step 2: Submit Online Application on HCL Website

1. Visit the Hindustan Copper Limited website
2. Go to the “Careers” section and find the apprenticeship program application.
3. Enter the unique number obtained in Step 1.
4. Complete the online application form.
5. Upload required documents (photograph, signature, affidavit if applicable).
6. Submit the application.

Important Dates:

• Online application opening date: August 1, 2024
• Application closing date: August 20, 2024
• Shortlisted candidates list publication: August 28, 2024

Please note:

• Only online applications will be accepted.
• One applicant can submit only one application.
• Incomplete applications will be rejected.
