Roles & responsibilities

  • Review invoices for appropriate documentation
  • Keeping track of all vendor payments and expenditures
  • Clarify any questionable invoice items
  • Obtain proper information and/or data regarding invoice payments
  • Verify and calculate all extensions and totals on invoices (calculating and taking discounts when applicable)
  • Review invoices and requisitions for satisfactory payment approval
  • Reconciling receipts and vendor payments
  • Reconciling and matching all outflows to approved supporting documentation
  • Maintaining vendor and aging records
  • Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
  • Continuing to improve the process

Job requirements

Must have

  • Knowledge of Accounts Payable, Reconciliation including vendor and ageing management
  • Touch typing speed of at least 50 WPM with accuracy >95%
  • Fluent verbal and written communication
  • Analytical and Critical thinking skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel

Workspace requirements

  • Private workroom with the ambience to handle calls.
  • Ready for Video calls at all times. Video calls are an integral part of maintaining the human connection while working from Anywhere.
  • Good Internet speed (Above 50 MBPS Download and Upload) with the ability to be wired (LAN).
  • Power backup (if you have frequent power cut issues).
