Fresh Prints: Sales & Training
We partner with incredible students, equipping them with the tools and training they need to run their own businesses on campus as Campus Managers. You’ll play a vital role in their success by providing guidance, support, and essential sales training.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
- Train & Develop Future Business Leaders: Guide student entrepreneurs through our program, helping them build a strong foundation in sales and business ownership.
- Drive Sales Growth: Equip trainees with the skills and knowledge they need to secure sales and propel our business forward.
- Champion the Campus Manager Journey: Continuously improve the training program by brainstorming ideas and gathering feedback from trainees and existing Campus Managers.
- Become a Sales & Training Rockstar: Develop your expertise in sales training and contribute to the success of our team.
Who You Are (Requirements):
- Communication Master: You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a neutral accent for clear and impactful delivery.
- Sales Savvy (or Eager to Learn): A strong understanding of sales principles is a plus, but we’re open to training passionate individuals new to the field.
- Data whiz: You’re proficient in Excel and data analysis to stay organized and track progress.
- Time Management Ninja: You excel at juggling multiple tasks and keeping projects on schedule.
- Self-Motivated & Collaborative: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are eager to learn, and enjoy working as part of a team.
