Fresh Prints is looking for a motivated Sales & Training Associate to join our growing team! In this work-from-home role, you will play a key role in developing our network of Campus Managers by providing them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.

Responsibilities
- Train Campus Manager trainees on sales techniques, building an entrepreneurial foundation, and setting up their business on campus.
- Guide trainees through the onboarding process, answer their questions, and keep them on track.
- Develop creative ideas to support the success of our Campus Managers.
- Communicate effectively with trainees and existing Campus Managers.
- Collect feedback to improve the training program and overall Campus Manager experience.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our training programs.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for helping others succeed.
- Basic knowledge of sales and business operations (open to freshers).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis (a plus).
