Customer Support Executive – Firstsource Solutions
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls on a variety of issues.
- Accurately update and process information within the company systems.
- Resolve customer problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Take ownership of customer commitments and ensure their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues when necessary to address complex customer queries.
- Communicate clearly and concisely using professional language.
- Treat all customers with empathy, respect, and consideration.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and find solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Work collaboratively, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th standard pass.
- Experience preferred: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a BPO or related field.
