- Project Scientist ‘F’: First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology (Computer Science & Engineering) with 10 years of experience in software design and development.
- Project Scientist ‘D’: First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology (Electronics & Communication Engineering) with 5 years of experience in Electronics/RF systems.
- Project Scientist ‘C’: First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology (Electronics & Communication Engineering) with 3 years of experience in Electronics/RF systems.
- Project Scientist ‘B’: First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology (Electronics & Communication Engineering). A valid GATE score is desirable.
