- Data Science and analytics expertise; 0–2 years of practical experience
- Able to collaborate across departments and exhibit strong business analytics skills
- Prior experience in service-related work, particularly familiarity with operational and financial data, would be desirable
- Effective communication skills, including the capacity to transmit analyses and present them
Essential Competencies
- Skilled at analysing operational and financial data
- Capable of manipulating data and extracting insights from huge datasets using statistical programming languages (such as R, Python, SQL, etc.).
- Understanding the advantages and drawbacks of various machine learning techniques, such as artificial neural networks, decision trees, and clustering.
