Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support with 0-3 years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Voice process role.
- Working from office (WFO) with two weekly offs.
- Conducting interviews through three rounds: Initial Screening, Technical Round, and Ops Round.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge in Hardware Troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge in Windows operating system troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of software/drivers/logical understanding of troubleshooting process.
