Bigbasket: Customer Support Associate (Work from Home/Office – Hyderabad)
Responsibilities:
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu
- Handle 80 to 100 calls per day
- Flexible with rotational shift timings
- Work on Saturdays and Sundays
- Transition to work from home after 3 months
- Typing speed: Minimum 20 WPM
- Suitable for 2022 and later graduates (up to 2 years of experience)
- Self-arranged transportation (no allowance provided)
Requirements:
- Education: Any (10+2, Diploma, Degree); BE/B.Tech & PG candidates not eligible
- 0-11 months of experience considered as Freshers (CTC: 2 lacs PA)
- Experience only in BPO will be considered
- Above 12 months of experience (CTC: up to 2.5 lacs PA, no salary negotiation)
- Relieving letters & payslips are a must
