Role Description:
As a Relationship Manager within our Commercial Banking Group, you’ll play a vital role in nurturing and managing corporate client relationships. Your responsibilities will include ongoing client engagement, risk profiling, and tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs. You’ll identify potential clients, develop personalized solutions, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in our dynamic, fast-paced environment. Your focus will be on expanding our Assets under Management and ensuring top-notch customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new SME customers by offering corporate banking solutions while upholding high service standards.
- Maintain comprehensive customer profiles, including risk assessments, demographics, and asset information.
- Enhance relationships and increase customer engagement through various activities, offering corporate banking products such as Tax payment, Internet Banking, trade products, and CMS.
- By offering corporate solutions like trade and forex, CMS, and SME loans, you may strengthen current partnerships.
- Identify potential customers and offer tailored products to increase product penetration.
- Convert referral leads into new customers.
- Achieve monthly targets set by the organization.
- Document all engagement activities using the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Service Team to address client concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and banking legislation.
Qualifications:
You should have the following credentials to succeed in this position:
- A Graduate/Post-Graduate degree from a recognized institute.
- Preferably, experience in Business Banking, Treasury, or Foreign Exchange field.
Role Proficiencies:
Successful execution of this role requires the following proficiencies:
- Strong knowledge of banking products and services.
- Ability to navigate complex client situations effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and the local language (verbal and written).
- Capacity to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
