Who We Are Looking For:
- Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Intermediate (12th Pass) or Graduate/Post Graduate degree.
- Experience: We are looking for individuals with at least 6 months of experience in any sales role (field sales preferred). Fresh graduates with a strong desire to succeed in sales are also welcome to apply.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a target-oriented approach are essential. Knowledge of loan products (Home Loan, Loan Against Property, etc.) is a plus.
