We’re looking for a talented and organized individual to join our MHLS Core team. You’ll work closely with our US-based team to provide HR services to North American employees.
Join Amazon Dynamic MHLS Core Team
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from Amazon employees.
- Manage queries through phone or chat.
- Resolve employee queries through ticketing systems.
- Answer questions about policies and programs.
- Adhere to defined processes and quality standards.
- Understand policies and processes for various customer groups.
- Meet service level standards.
- Make sound decisions to balance process adherence with employee needs.
- Protect sensitive information.
- Take ownership of query resolution and performance metrics.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-10 years of experience in international voice process.
- Willingness to handle calls.
- Ability to work in a call center environment.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 support process, including night shifts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email writing.
- Excellent phone and email etiquette.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR help desk experience.
- HR or HR shared services experience.
- Experience with PeoplePortal.
Additional Details:
- Domestic relocation not provided.
- Rotational shifts (24/7 shift environment with shifts changing every 3-4 months).
- Rotational two consecutive days off (5-day working week with off days that may change every 3-4 months).
