Job Role
- Customer Service Associate – Work from Home/Work from Office (Hyderabad)
- Process: Voice/Non-Voice
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: 10 + 2
- Any graduate/PG eligible to apply
- No pursuing of regular courses
- Excellent English communication required
- Comfortable with night shifts and flexible schedules/week offs
- Freshers post-academic/examination completion can apply
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹2,47,000 to ₹4,20,900 P.A.
- Additional Benefits:
- Zeta Meal Card: INR 1100/month (INR 13200/- P.A.)
- Health insurance benefits up to INR 5.0 Lacs
- Night Shift Allowance: INR 150/shift
- Overtime Allowance as per business requirement
- 5-day working week with 2 consecutive days off (off days subject to change based on business needs)

- Internet Allowance: INR 1250/month (INR 15000/- P.A.) (Applicable for Work from Home)
