Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Work with diverse data types, including text and speech.
- Produce high-quality labeled data following provided guidelines and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) using in-house tools and software.
- Identify and report issues with tools and software promptly.
- Demonstrate initiative by offering feedback for enhancing existing tools to improve data quality and quantity.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to Amazon’s data security policies.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent skills.
- Proficiency in English grammar and spelling (both written and verbal).
- Comfortable working with speech from various dialects and accents in one or more regional languages, including English.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, with a typing speed exceeding 40 words per minute and an accuracy rate exceeding 90%. Basic troubleshooting abilities are a plus.
