Responsibilities:
- Construct and put into action a complete communication plan that is in line with the goals and target market of the organisation.
- In order to effectively explain our business strategies and value propositions, we must create intriguing and engaging content.
- Create short, convincing messages for use in a variety of communication mediums, such as social media, blogs, reports, presentations, and press releases.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of the executive team’s vision, objectives, and priorities in order to transform them into persuasive communication products.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to stay current on market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor activity. We then use this information to improve our communication efforts.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including those from marketing, public relations, and design, to guarantee messaging and branding are consistent and in line with one another across all communication platforms.
- Construct presentations to be given to the Board of Directors and C-level executives that include informative updates, suggestions, and analysis of communication activities.
- Manage and uphold connections with partners, media outlets, and other external stakeholders to broaden the organization’s exposure and reach.
- Utilising analytics and feedback, monitor and assess the success of communication activities in order to continually refine strategy and methods.
- Keep abreast of new communication trends, technology, and best practises. Proactively look for chances to use new platforms and tools.

Qualifications:
-A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as public relations, marketing, or communications. A graduate degree is advantageous.
-Proven track record of producing effective communication materials for a range of audiences in a similar function.
-Excellent verbal and writing communication abilities, with the capacity to clearly and succinctly communicate complex ideas.
-Excellent storytelling and content development skills, a sharp eye for detail, and knowledge of how to modify messages for various audiences and distribution platforms.
-Strategic thinker able to match communication initiatives with organisational goals and target audience requirements.
-Excellent interpersonal skills, including the capacity to work productively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
-Expertise in using a variety of communication platforms and tools, such as the Microsoft Office suite, content management systems, and social media management tools.
-Awareness of data analysis and market research methods to inform communication plans and assess their efficacy.
-Ability to manage many projects simultaneously and operate under pressure while keeping accuracy and attention to detail.
-Awareness of market trends and recommended procedures for public relations, marketing, and communication.
