Fresh Prints: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Conduct LinkedIn research to identify potential candidates.
- Develop and execute a recruitment plan to achieve individual goals.
- Screen candidates for CM positions.
- Schedule initial meetings with the interviewing team.
- Collaborate with campus recruiters to meet team objectives.
- Prepare weekly reports on recruitment metrics.
- Coordinate with interview and training teams.
Requirements:
- Students or graduates
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Preferred experience in LinkedIn sourcing, outbound sales, and marketing
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Available to start on May 15, 2024, for a 1-month internship
Salary:
- First 3 months: $200 (base pay $150 + NSA $50)
- PPO after 3 months: $600 per month + $80 NSA
