SOFT7 is seeking a talented Direct Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Direct Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating new business by prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.

- Prospect and qualify potential customers through various channels.
- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs.
- Effectively present and demonstrate SOFT7’s products and services.
- Negotiate and close deals to exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Requirements
- Proven track record in direct sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
