Responsibilities
- Understand and address customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with customers through clear communication.
- Provide accurate and helpful information using appropriate tools.
- Resolve customer complaints by offering solutions and alternatives.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, manage accounts, and file documents.
- Adhere to all communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum Education: HSC, Graduate, or Post Graduate (Any Degree)
- Excellent spoken English and Hindi communication skills
System Requirements (Mandatory)
- Laptop or Desktop with Core i3 7th gen processor (minimum)
- 8GB RAM or more
- Genuine Windows 10 or 11 operating system
- Minimum internet speed of 20 Mbps (broadband connection)
- Noise-canceling headphones
- Power backup
Preferred Candidate Profile (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in customer service (helpful but not required)
