The Role :

• Bridge the gap between operations and central teams, overseeing key metrics.
• Analyze data trends and identify areas for improvement in last-mile operations (think delivery!).
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL.
• Lead cross-functional teams in optimizing processes, reducing costs, and boosting efficiency.
• Track progress with clear KPIs and communicate your findings effectively.

Skills Needed:

• 0-1 years of experience – we welcome enthusiastic go-getters!
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset (Excel, Google Sheets, SQL a plus!).
• Passion for tackling challenges and driving change in a fast-paced environment.
