Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Claims Processor to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing outstanding medical insurance claims, initiating collection efforts, and ensuring claims get reimbursed.
Responsibilities
- Analyze outstanding claims and initiate collection efforts based on aging reports.
- Follow up on denied claims and file appeals when necessary.
- Document and take appropriate action for all analyzed and followed-up claims within the client’s software.
- Build rapport with insurance carrier representatives.
- Continuously strive to improve collection percentages.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work night shifts.
- Strong keyboarding skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience in medical billing AR, claims adjudication, or a related field is a plus.
