Job Description:

We’re seeking individuals with strong communication abilities for both voice and non-voice support roles. Join us for a walk-in interview where you’ll go through various assessment stages including HR rounds, written assessments or live chats, typing tests, and interviews with operations managers.

  • Designation: Executive, Senior Executive
  • Qualifications: Undergraduate or Any Graduate (No B.E./B.Tech/Bsc/Masters)
  • Experience: 0-5 years
  • Skills: Proficiency in verbal and written communication, basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office), customer service aptitude with expertise in chat, voice, or email support.
