Customer Support:
- Resolve miscellaneous queries with precision.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in International Voice Process.
- Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written).
- Good customer handling skills.
- Comfortable with rotational shifts & voice process.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Undergraduates, Graduates, and Post Graduates.
- Work location: Hyderabad Bahadurpally Tech Mahindra Campus.
- Flexibility: 24/7 with 2 rotational Off.
- 2-way cab facility provided.
- Freshers are also eligible.
Salary:
- For Freshers: 3.5 LPA
- For experienced candidates: Up to 5 LPA annually based on experience.
