Responsibilities:
- Review reported content within specified turnaround times and quality standards.
- Identify trends and patterns, escalating issues outside company policy to the global team.
- Respond to customer inquiries and handle problem escalations.
- Provide email support to troubleshoot and resolve client account and technical issues.
- Keep up a thorough awareness of customer procedures and guidelines.
- Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs.
- Deliver excellent customer service to our clients.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications/ Skills:
- Any Graduate (Postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage).
- strong work ethic and the capacity to function both individually and together.
- The ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, is required.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:
- Effective probing and analytical skills.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Prior experience in Customer Support or Content Review is a plus.
